Hey everyone! This is just a quick little update on how the NOvember challenge is going for me, and a little update on how the Ketogenics diet is going after having done it for a month so far! I will be going for a total of 3 months, so first week into January I will definitely be eating some very healthy sugars, but not too many, I am going to keep with this new way of being and maybe not abusing the sugars as much as I used to. Anywhooo! enjoy the show!
