What are you going to do?

"What are you going to do?" A question that I am often asked as if we all always must be "doing" something; even on our days off there is a great deal of pressure from the world, family, friends, neighbors etc, to keep moving! "Good Lord man, do something!!!" We need to take some valuable time to "just be". This is not accomplished at night sitting on a couch with the TV on when you are tired and this is not accomplished when you are driving home after work or washing dishes or sweeping or walking. The idea that we are not our thoughts has helped me in becoming free of attachment that manifests in many forms, from physical items to personal relationships.
