Jay's Quinoa and Steamed Veggies - Vegan Gluten Free Recipe

This is more of an idea than a recipe. Steam your veggies of choice until they have reached your desired softness keeping the steamed run off water in the pot below to use for cooking the quinoa. Quinoa needs to be thropology rinsed. I don't measure my quinoa I just dump a drop in a couple handfuls, it usually swells up to about twice the size.
